No customs charges

Printed Canvases
Your print is produced after you order, usually within 1 to 5 working days. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Hand-painted canvases
Each hand-painted canvas is painted by our studio artists after you order, then stretched, framed if you chose a frame. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks from order to delivery. Oil paint needs time to dry between layers, so larger or more detailed artworks can take longer. After you order, we'll email you an estimated delivery date and keep you updated at each stage: painting, drying, framing and delivery.
If you need your artwork by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
Packaging
Artworks are carefully packed to protect the canvas and frame corners in transit.
Delays and lost parcels
Busy periods and carrier issues can occasionally add a few days. If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days, or your artwork hasn't arrived by the estimated date, email us at contact@flyxart.com and we'll look into it straight away.
Damage in transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow the steps in our Refund policy.
